We have received an increasing number of reports of problems accessing the eLink
site from users who are utilizing AOL as their Internet browser. We have, as a
result, confirmed that there is a problem with the AOL browser redirecting pages
once the user has logged in to eLink.
When a user tries logging in, it can take a long time, up to 5 minutes, to load the desired
site Home page (if it even loads at all). Therefore, if you are an AOL user,
we recommend that you connect to AOL and then open and use Internet Explorer
as your browser instead.
