1. Extranet users
should enter their existing username/password, click on “login”, and then click
“yes” on the security alert dialog box.

automatically directed to a change password screen where they will need to
enter their old password, a new password, and verification of
the new password. The new password criteria associated with
will displayed on this change password screen as a link.

Password Criteria:
Must be at least eight (8) characters in length.
Must not contain any part of the user's account name (i.e.
user ID).
Must not use the last 12 passwords that had been used.
Must contain characters from 3 out of the following
categories:
1. English upper case characters (A - Z).
2. English lower case characters (a - z).
3. Numeric base 10 digits (0 - 9).
4. Non-alphanumeric or special characters (!@#$%&;*+=)" ).

successfully changed their password, the main page for the extranet will be
displayed. The user will then use the same userID/
password every time he/she access the extranet from that point forward.
